Ingredients
Frozen corn dogs: Any brand or size (standard or mini).
Cooking spray (optional): For extra crispness or if your basket tends to stick.
Air fryer: Basket- or oven-style both work.
Dipping sauces: Ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or spicy mayo.
Optional sides: Coleslaw, pickles, baked beans, or a simple salad.
Optional toppings: Hot honey, chili flakes, shredded cheese, or chopped scallions.
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. Preheating helps the batter crisp right away.
Prep the basket with a light spritz of oil if sticking is a concern. Don’t soak—just a quick spray.
Arrange the frozen corn dogs in a single layer with space between them. Avoid stacking or crowding.
Air fry standard-size corn dogs for 9–12 minutes, flipping halfway. For mini corn dogs, cook 6–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Check doneness: The exterior should be golden and crisp. The hot dog should be hot all the way through. If needed, add 1–2 more minutes.
Let rest 1–2 minutes after cooking. This helps the batter set and prevents burns from the first bite.
Serve hot with your favorite dips and sides. Add toppings if you like a bit of flair.
